Kilimanjaro Safaris

On this tour through the African Savannah, see many different types of wildlife, including Elephants, Giraffes, Alligators, Hippos, Cheetahs, Thompson’s Gazelles, Flamingos, and of course, Lions (and many many more)! As you board the safari truck, look above and you will see a sign of some of the animals that you will see on your safari. Have your camera ready for pictures (and on sports or action mode) because the truck cannot stop for all (or sometimes any) of the animals for you to get pictures! The animals are free roaming (to a certain extent), so you will be viewing them in as close to their natural habitat as possible! And of course in true Disney style, there is always a story to the attraction!

This is an absolute must-do at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we highly suggest doing it first thing as soon as the park opens (you may want to grab a FASTPASS for use later as well, since no two experiences are the same). This is an incredible ride that children will love and adults will appreciate. You CANNOT miss this attraction when visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
